She is quite the mid-technical fighter to mess around with. especially her teleporting abilities to swap positions with another! to...even spawning in items if she so ever wished to. she won't be trying to mess around with ya!
This fighter is semi-inspired by the original mugen version + nepheart's. mostly for the effects used on some of her attacks. if you so want this brigade leader on your side, the download is right below the text. enjoy.
