Bill Cipher from the series gravity falls a summer of mystery, is now a playable character for SSBC.
-Down B: a controllable bill cipher projectile.
-Side B a projectile that moves the opponent away .
-Attack B bill opens a portal and absorbs the closest rivals, bill cipher recovers life after absorbing someone.
-upb: bill will teleport depending on the direction you choose.
-final smash: Bill becomes a giant entity that goes forward like a projectile destroying everything in its path.
-Energy bar: If you use the dsmash 4 times and it hits, the energy bar will be fully charged and using the jab attack will activate a special move.
