not technically 100% done due to a lack of a  real win pose and a prototype-like alt costume and lack of actual palettes but i want to upload the character now since theyre at a somewhat presentable state.

Sorry if im not the best sprite artist in the world and ik it can ruin the character as a whole but im real exhausted from making this since i spent 20+ uninterrupted days making it as good as possible gameplay wise to compensate...



Toon is a specialist type jack-of-all-trades making quick work of her opponents but being worked quick herself much similar to the more easy to hit but hard hitting nature of toons in the source

material.

She notably has some poor end lag in ariels and a very slow run, and jump speed being one of the slowest characters and one of the lightest characters with a punishable yet deadly recovery but makes up for decent combos and good kill moves.



She has 2 gimmicks. Zap/Squirt combos and Unites. Zap and squirt buffs electricity based moves making them do deadly damage and knockback opposed to the rather weak variants.  Weak zaps are called dry zaps.

Dry zap can be used as a combo tool otherwise and not their "kill potential".

Unite -  Marbles becomes a TNT giving devastating knockback that can kill as early at 50% without DI.

Trips over a bannana peel. What a comedic joke. it also spawns a peel that can slip an opponent.



Neutral Air

Does a twirl with a cane and lands fashionably. multi hit ariel for 5 hits.

Throws a cupcake. Very weak but stuns. Comboer.



Unite - When an opponent is hit, they will get the Marked for Laugh effect which damages over time.





Down Air

Drop a big 80 pound weight on the opponent. Good high risk high reward edge guarding. Pitfalls at under 100% and cuts through shields. Its a suicide move on the edge so use at your own risk.

A swift and weak trumpet that does the most knockback at the base of the trumpet itself.

throws a whole fruit pie for high damage and knockback, but easy to dodge. move the stick up or down to change direction



unite: Throws a wedding cake for extra damage and knockback, easier to dodge. Can only be used twice.

Launches the opponent close ranged at 999%, very closely resembles the actual fire. Not to be taken seriously.

Dsmash wet is significantly more useful as well as Dsmash in general being less laggy

made the character much slower to compensate with how early they kill now.

made the download link not a zip file so people can handpick the ones they want or dont want rather than installing an entire folder of extras

Final update!

The toon character has finally been fixed entirely. Down throw and down air no longer break the game, nerfs to mobility, and damage overall aiming to make them more usable and viable in casual pvp without relying on how they work beforehand. (note the doodle deflecting their own projectiles and the 1st final smash being worthless in non-flat stages is still unfixed. Still recommend fire.), item points fixed and covered for all possible moves (yes this is a thing now and i love it: imgur.com/a/crJ52e5) animated victory, Top it off, a free new stage that should of been their home long ago, toontown central.


Minor notes:
- the wedding cake has been nerfed to be very slow and consume half of your unite gauge,
- lower jumping power
- the obnoxious WAH WAH WAH death sound no longer plays when theyre koed.
- Nair no longer knocks the opponent towards you if you're facing left
- dair doesnt SD you if you  time it correctly, it lets you gain control again
