Hi. This mod is Scoot for CMC+ v8. This was made in anticipation for the April Fools 2024 Build. Announcer and fighter voice clips from Vinny Vinesauce's many streams.
Besides Final Smash, he has only one move. He shoots. That's it. That's all he does. But it's pretty strong shoot.
