What happened to the Batman mod?

Yesterday I saw a Batman mod (not a spriteswap) posted in Characters. When I went to see it, there was no link. Was it a private mod? Was it the spriteswap trying to be passed off as an actual mod? I just wanted to know what happened to the mod and the page.

The mod was taken down from the servers because permission was not requested from the original creator.
