So uhhhhhh, what a bad start from me, ain't it?
Here's Rumia, with only her system animations done and perhaps a wack grab/pummel attack thingy
and every move dosen't have hitboxes, specials dosen't do anything, not even final smash, yeah i lack skills at coding.
Hope anyone can pick it up and do her justice just like every other Touhou character.
oh and by the way here's her bin name: rumia
and she has the entire sprite folder inside it just in-case y'all need sprites for it
