Calamity Gundam is a fearsome zoning machine. Equipped with homing missiles, several laser cannons, and a reflecting shield that also shoots lasers, it is nearly unbeatable at far range. However, it's also big, slow, and not at all equipped for close quarters combat. It's melee attacks are slow and weak, and it can't even grab, instead opting to go for a bash with it's shield whenever you press the grab button, which both reflects enemy projectiles and ignores the opponent's shield.
Neutral Special: Calamity charges up before unleashing it's strongest blast, this red beam covers the entire length of Final Destination, while dealing fantastic damage and knockback! But, it is quite slow to fire, attentive opponents could see it coming.
Side Special: Calamity raises it's bazooka and launches a homing missile, which quickly travels forwards, gradually gaining speed as it goes. It doesn't have the best knockback or damage, but you can use it as cover while you fire a big laser as the opponent struggles to deal with both at once. You can only have one homing missile out at a time.
Up Special: If used on the ground, Calamity quickly fires a long green beam diagonally upwards. This is a powerful anti-aerial attack that can discourage people from trying to jump at you. If used in the air, Calamity flies upwards a short distance to try and recover, it's very vulnerable during this time.
Down Special: Calamity raises it's shield and fires a thin beam from it diagonally downwards, knocking opponents back. This is especially useful against recovering enemies. If used in the air, it stalls Calamity in place, but can only be used once before having to land.
