Wobbuffet is a defensive fighter, with stubby limbs and no projectiles, he has a difficult time securing KOs on cowardly opponents, but shines when punishing more aggressive fighting styles, throwing their damage back at them two-fold.
Neutral Special is Leftovers, in which Wobbuffet stops fighting to have a snack, the snack is random out of 32 different options, but they are just for aesthetics and all heal the same 5% HP over time. You can use this whenever there's downtime in the match, or to encourage fleeing opponents to approach you. You can eat another snack by holding the special button, but you can't cancel it at any time, so be careful.
Side Special is Mirror Coat, Wobbuffet brings up a mirror that deals a tiny amount of damage and knockback at first, while also reflecting projectiles around himself for it's duration, you can extend the mirror indefinitely by holding the special button.
Down Special is Counter, Wobbuffet's best move. He strikes a pose and becomes invincible for a short time. If hit with a non-projectile attack during this time, he will take no damage and begin wobbling back and forth, which increases in intensity the more damage he was hit by. The opponent is stunned for half a second, and Wobbuffet can freely move around and even jump during the duration of the move. If used in the air, Wobbuffet will not fall down at first, and can float around, unless you hold down. Upon contacting an opponent, Wobbuffet will deal twice as much damage as the attack that triggered the wobbling would have dealt to him, likely sending the opponent flying.
Up Special is Rocket, Wobbuffet pulls out a rocket to blast himself upwards. It explodes after a while, which can deal big damage and knockback if the opponent is unlucky enough to be nearby at the end of the move.
Final Smash gets stronger and faster over time, with 3 levels of power, each dealing more damage and lasting a shorter duration.
V2: Now has a getup attack.. Dash attack base knockback increased, knockback growth lowered slightly. Up Smash knockback growth increased slightly.
V3: Fixed a mistake that caused Wobbuffet's taunt sounds to stop playing when another Wobbuffet jumped.
Side Smash: 8% heavy armor added during startup. Can now turn around just before attacking if holding backwards. (left if facing right, or right if facing left.)
Down Smash: Sweetspot base damage increased to 15% from 11%, base knockback increased. Sourspot base damage increased to 11% from 10%.
Up Smash: Sweetspot knockback growth increased. Sourspot base knockback increased.
Jab: 1 frame faster and damage increased to 4% from 3%.
Down tilt: damage increased to 7% from 6%. Base knockback increased.
Forward air: 1 frame faster.
Neutral special: recovers 5 frames faster.
V4: Edge attack / Getup attack / Side tilt / Forward throw / Backward throw: base knockback increased
Up Smash / Up tilt: knockback increased slightly, damage increased by 1% on sourspots, and 3% on sweetspots (later high hits).
Down Special: 4 more active counter frames, total duration unchanged.
Walk / Run: speed increased slightly
Neutral Special / Side Special: AI no longer gets stuck in their animations forever.
