Chargin' Chuck is a speedy little guy with stubby limbs, his normals have almost no range aside from when he uses his movement to close the distance, they're not exceptionally powerful or quick either. But his special moves are where his strengths are shown, able to pitch some dangerous projectiles onto the stage to either zone or help himself get in easier.
Neutral Special: winds up then tosses a slow baseball that flies straight through the air, dealing decent damage on hit. It's so slow that Chuck can run after it for added pressure, or to get in closer to the opponent. If done in the air, Chuck will stop in place for the duration of the move, but only for the first air throw, also the aerial baseballs fly faster and do a bit more damage. If you hold the special button during either version, Chuck will quickly ready and then toss a second baseball.
Side Special: sets down and then kicks a very bouncy football high into the air, which will bounce up to 3 times on the ground, each bounce reducing the height it gains, and the 4th time it reaches the floor, it stops and disappears. You can use this attack to hit enemies above, or approach from behind / in front of it while they're worried about being hit by it. You can only have 1 football out at once.
Down Special: Chuck takes a while to perform a magical dance and summons two copies of himself afterwards. They charge out from either side of Chuck and deal high damage and knockback to any enemy in their way, vanishing in the process. They are affected by gravity and will fall at about the same speed as Chuck's normal fall speed.
Up Special: Chuck stalls in mid-air for a moment as he lets out a whistle, calling for help. He slowly rises upwards with no hitbox to protect himself, at least you can move left / right during this.
Also, both up smash and down smash get extra properties the more you charge them, in up smash's case: you jump higher. And for down smash: the rock you dig up gets bigger.
