Providence Gundam is a big-bodied swordfighter with gigantic attack range and solid power, but it is quite slow both in terms of movement and attack speed. Several of it's attacks hit on both sides of itself.
I will now discuss it's special moves, as they are important:
Up special is just a very simple defenseless ascent upwards.
Neutral special, down special, and side special all take Providence only an instant to use it's Dragoon system to summon laser guns in different locations depending on the special, which will stay in place for a little while before firing a long range low damage laser beam, letting Providence use them for a multitude of purposes, such as area denial, pressure, set up traps, and do fancy combos, as shown in this video below.
V2: Increased the knockback of nearly all non-special moves! Too much to list in detail here, just know that you'll be killing earlier in general with this character. Unified all sourspot hitboxes to have the same knockback as the sweetspots but deal 1% less damage, instead of both having worse knockback and usually dealing 6% less. Slightly raised the knockback angle of Side Tilt, Forward Air, and Ledge Attack. Decreased the time the first image of Side Smash's sprite is shown, going into the second image 20 frames earlier, which is far more noticeable as Providence readies it's sword, giving opponents an easier time to know that it's coming rather than having to be very attentive when fighting him.
