One of the second maids in the melty blood series besides kohaku, here lies hisui! this variant of hisui is my version before somebody else has made her. however, she was made using kohaku as a base. which she may have similar weight and movement physics.
This fighter is no longer being continued. she has quite the progress done. meaning she is almost fully-playable. the only things that were not made were the throws, and some specials. no final smash for this one

27-ish% *all ground and air attacks are complete. all tilts are done. some specials are still kohaku. hence there are very few leftovers of her. she was planned to have a smash B attack but was not made. she has 3% of item compatibility.
