WIPS/Abandoned Chars

Post WIP/Abandoned mods, as well as lesser effort chars like "Spriteswaps" here. Spriteswaps are chars that change nothing but the char's sprites, having horrid alignment and misplaced hitboxes + very awful gamefeel overall. 90% of the chars in this section are the equivalent of watching the Elephant's foot; proceed at your own risk.
